Courtyard By Marriott Kingston Hotel

Everyone at the Courtyard in Kingston is very friendly, and they really do their best to accomodate their guests. The manager Shiona was wonderful, and Erin and Stacy also went above and beyond to make us feel at home and spoiled !!

Sofas in the king suites could be bigger.

I was in room 305 it had a great view, but I believe I heard a loud sound all night, maybe the A/C or heater. I had to close the bathroom door and still it was a bit loud. But very friendly staff and welcoming when you come in after a long drive.

Pool was great for the kids and was open late so that we could go in after we arrived late!

The elevator was broken when we were leaving, so my husband was stuck bringing the bags down the stairs.

Design of hotel was modern and felt hip...bar and cafe off lobby open until 10 PM was nice amenity given the stripmall location.

Bed felt a little bit cheaper than I have come to expect from a Marriott. I heard that one side of the building and half the rooms face a railroad that runs through the night. Breakfast looked better than average, but wasn't included.

Staff was excellent, helpful and customer service was great. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable.

Can you stop the trains running at night? Only kidding

easy access to parks and shopping in Kingston

I really enjoyed the convenient location that let me easily walk to Hudson Valley Mall in less than 10 minutes and also discover the scenic beauty of Robert E Post Memorial Park just a short distance away, making my city strolls good and nice.

My issue was that apparently my first attempt to cancel my reservation didn't 'take' with Booked.net. I realized this after I was charged $165. I wasn't sure if my second attempt worked either, because I didn't get any kind of confirmation. I surmised it worked when I did not get charged again. Very upset about this.

My cappuccino in the morning without driving somewhere! Lots of options for eating out and shopping.

If it was closer to our destination in Elizaville it would have been better. Everything else was great.

The staff were genuinely helpful and attentive. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be enhanced.

I stayed recently with 3 teenagers for a concert at Bearsville theater. The staff was nice and helpful. Nice spacious outdoor patio and lobby. The restaurant was convenient. Liked that they had good coffee! The pull out sofa - chair was perfect for us - and very comfortable for my teenaged son. The room was very clean and comfortable enough for 4 people!

The staff members are all so nice and helpful. Marriott beds and linens are always comfortable . Starbucks coffee is available in the lobby.

The hotel is located next to Target, in a high traffic, big box shopping area. That is the view from the front. The back view is of trees and mountains, but there is a train that roars by during the night. The rate was high. We stayed in the same hotel last year to be close to Woodstock and were able to have a package that included wine, chocolates, and breakfast, all included for a similar cost. Also, we were looking forward to renting a movie, but that is not an option. I don't remember the last time I stayed anywhere that this was not an option.

I had a wonderful stay with an amazing hot breakfast and a cozy, clean room. The coffee was top-notch and really made my mornings great! I'd definitely return!

Very poor service in Bistro for dinner. Joe definitely had an attitude problem and was rude to us and everyone else who approached him. One customer walked away in disgust.
